Europos Komisijos atstovybė Lietuvoje paskelbė konkursą Administracijos vadovo pareigoms užimti. 

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION REPRESENTATION IN LITHUANIA SEEKS A HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION

To carry out the duties of Head of Administration (administrative and financial assistant), including the tasks of "verifying agent" and "imprest account holder" of the Representation in Lithuania, and human resources planning and management (including record keeping, management of flexi-time, etc.). The job involves the supervision, coordination and facilitation of the administrative and financial activities of the Representation as well as security aspects. The job holder should ensure co-ordination and co-operation with headquarters.

The successful candidates will be employed for a full time, as temporary agent (AST level) for a maximum three years contract, with a basic salary of 2.382,01 Eur (AST1 step 1 after application of correction coefficient for Lithuania).

The successful candidate must have

- Speak Lithuanian and English fluently; knowledge of French will be considered an advantage,

- have a level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma or,

- have a level of secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education, and appropriate professional experience related to duties specified above of at least three years,

- have professional experience of at least three years in managing financial information systems and / or databases (ABAC or similar system)
